I don't get my login password code- OTP

If you’re having trouble logging into your account because you’re not receiving the verification code, don’t worry—this usually happens when your phone’s messaging app automatically filters the code into the Spam & Blocked folder.

Follow the steps below to locate and restore the message so you can complete your login.

Step 1: Open Your Messages App

Locate and open the Messages app on your phone. This is the default SMS app on most Android and IOS devices.

Step 2: Check the Spam & Blocked Folder

  1. Tap the three dots located in the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. From the menu, select Spam & Blocked.

  3. A list of all messages flagged as spam by Google’s system will appear.

Step 3: Restore Your Verification Code

  1. Look through the spam list for a message containing your verification code.

  2. If you find it, tap the message and select Not spam to restore it.

  3. The message will move back into your main inbox.

Step 4: Try Logging in Again

After restoring the message, go back to the login page and request a new code.

  • This time, the code should arrive directly in your inbox.

  • Enter the code to successfully log into your account.

Multiple log in attempts within a short time will lead to the code request being blocked. In this case, you will need to wait for a minimum of 30 minutes for the code request option to be automatically unblocked.

Additional Tips

  • Ensure your phone has a stable network connection so messages can be delivered.

  • If the problem persists, try restarting your phone and requesting the code again.
