Follow the steps below to locate and restore the message so you can complete your login.
Step 1: Open Your Messages App
Locate and open the Messages app on your phone. This is the default SMS app on most Android and IOS devices.
Step 2: Check the Spam & Blocked Folder

Tap the three dots located in the top-right corner of the screen.

From the menu, select Spam & Blocked.

A list of all messages flagged as spam by Google’s system will appear.
Step 3: Restore Your Verification Code

Look through the spam list for a message containing your verification code.

If you find it, tap the message and select Not spam to restore it.

The message will move back into your main inbox.
Step 4: Try Logging in Again
After restoring the message, go back to the login page and request a new code.

This time, the code should arrive directly in your inbox.

Enter the code to successfully log into your account.

Ensure your phone has a stable network connection so messages can be delivered.

If the problem persists, try restarting your phone and requesting the code again.
