Can I register using multiple phone numbers?

If you're trying to register using your second phone number but keep seeing an error stating that your ID number has already been used, here's what you need to know.

LendPlus permits only a single registration per customer. Consequently, if you have previously registered a phone number utilizing your National ID Number, it is not feasible to register again using a different one.

Hower, sometimes you might lose complete access to your original phone number. In such cases, please follow the steps below:

  1. Create a new account. Fill in your name, Date of Birth, and your ID Number and save. An error will popup indicating that your ID Number is already used.
  2. Using your phone, take clear images of both sides of your National ID, and record a short video while holding your National ID near your face.

  3. On our website, locate the Customer Support chat button and share the video and photos of your ID, together with a request to merge your two accounts to our support team. These details serve as proof that you are indeed the owner of the old account for merging to take place.

  4. Our Customer Support Team will reach out immediately and assist with the process.
