LendPlus permits only a single registration per customer. Consequently, if you have previously registered a phone number utilizing your National ID Number, it is not feasible to register again using a different one.
Hower, sometimes you might lose complete access to your original phone number. In such cases, please follow the steps below:
- Create a new account. Fill in your name, Date of Birth, and your ID Number and save. An error will popup indicating that your ID Number is already used.

Using your phone, take clear images of both sides of your National ID, and record a short video while holding your National ID near your face.
