Full & Partial Payments

  • Paying your loan in full means settling the entire principal, interest, and any applicable fees on or before the due date. Once the payment is complete, your loan agreement is closed, and you’re free to request for a new loan immediately.
  • Partial payment allows you to make a smaller payment toward your loan before the full amount is due. While partial payments help reduce your outstanding balance, the remaining amount is still subject to the agreed interest and fees, and you are still required to settle the full loan by the due date or through an extension. Partial payments are a handy way to manage your finances without missing your obligations.

Loan Extension

Life happens, and sometimes you may need a little extra time to repay your loan. With LendPlus, you can extend your loan term:

  • Extensions are available for 5 to 30 additional days, depending on your original loan tenor.

  • Interest continues to accrue at your loan’s daily rate during the extension period.

  • Extensions must be requested and approved through the LendPlus account — you’ll be able to see the updated interest and fees before confirming.

  • Once approved, the new repayment date will be updated in your account, giving you a structured way to complete your payment responsibly.

Loan extensions are a flexible option to manage your repayment while staying compliant with your loan agreement.

To repay your loan, choose from the following convenient methods:

1. M-Pesa Paybill:

  1. Go to M-Pesa Menu

  2. Select Lipa na M-Pesa

  3. Choose Paybill

  4. Enter Business Number: For full or partial payment use 4073865. For loan Extension use 4107195

  5. Enter Account Number: Your Phone Number

  6. Enter the repayment amount

  7. Input your PIN

  8. Confirm and send

2. Lendplus App or Website:

  • Log in to your Lendplus account

  • Go to Loans

  • Select Repay Loan

  • A popup to make full loan repayment will appear

  • Enter PIN to confirm payment

3. Customer Service Prompt:

  • Contact Lendplus Customer Service

  • Request a loan repayment prompt via M-Pesa

  • Enter your PIN when prompted to complete payment

Always ensure your payment is confirmed via SMS.
